If you have application forms that you have signed and specifically asking for time to come out of your vacation, the company must comply with the request. I propose to take the form or fax to your HR person / Treasurer to correct the problem. It may take a little 'time to correct the problem, but legally have to correct it. |

I would check the employee handbook. And if the supervisor was not correct in presenting your data, then I would go to HR with my request and the request slips changing all my data so that I could get that check! Good luck to you! |
