Is there a way to discover working days left on a community work of the official holiday visa? |

At least I understand your question ... The answer is' no '- and indeed it puts them in a difficult position if he can not prove that he only worked for the only month with his previous employer - but then if you can demonstrate that it has reasonable and appropriate precautions were reasonably satisifed that had caused the truth from him then you should be beyond reproach. Note: the year began when he first started working. I'd take him at his word - but only job that would take him to the end of 'year which began when he started his previous work. The visa is in itself a passport under way and can not stay - employed or not - beyond the validity of the visa. Copy your ppt, and a statement given to the files. |

As an employer, you can get in serious difficulties for the recruitment of someone who is not legally entitled to work, so you have every right to ask for documentation. As mentioned earlier, his passport shall be the first indicator. It should be his visa there, and if not, the entry stamp will tell you when he arrived. Remember that people from some countries are allowed to stay in the United Kingdom for 23 months instead of 12, but they specifically request an extension of time and that information should be on the visa. |

He must have a passport and that he had seen the entry into Britain. So, I look at which shows the validity of the entry visa and residence. |

I have a business in London and employees of the Commonwealth working holiday maker, he can only work for a year and he says he only worked for a month but has no official document to confirm it. How can I make sure I am not a person illegally? |
