You can do what they want, provided they do not violate the laws of work (not to give holiday bonuses does not violate any of them) A bonus is only this, is a gift, there is no consideration, and therefore not binding contract. I am not an attorney and this is not legal advice |

My husband, the employer has provided its employees on leave with the past, but just posted a sign that they will not be for this Christmas and will not be doing for Thanksgiving (now in the past). May reverse its policy of this kind after the vacancy has stuck? |
