They are employed by a company that has a service contract with an agency of the United States government. Do understand that in the private sector in general, to offer or not offer holiday is completely up to the employer, is not mandated by law. But with regard to employment under a government contract? McNamara is the service contract-O'Hara law applicable here? Can you point me to any authoritative resources in one way or another? |
