I also think that your policy will be very difficult to get your money back ..... Not because you try to sell the holiday - a friend of the family through the local newspaper that I know people do it on eBay - tickets, of course, should have been changed to new people, but at least it will ensure a po 'money instead of losing all money you paid for your holiday ..... diseases that are just isn't worth it

Beware ... Insurance fraud is a serious crime. However, it may simply be considered lawful to accept the possibility that your home is more important than a holiday (or the prospect of a massive fine for fraud) and stay at home, saving money and costs that allow your partner to work. Once again, the notice of insurance is again only if you have holiday insurance - if you have not, then 'disease' or not, will not always be something new unless the tour operator allows you to cancel any communication with you ar able to give and receive a refund.

What are the conditions of booking? You have received the travel insurance? Even if you receive a note of doctors (to say ear infection) agents can not give, if the insurance or waved their policy option that says. Check all the documents. Good luck. If you can not sell tickets, change the date ,...?

Me and my partner booked a holiday in the past year with our 2 years, daughter going to Albufeira in October. Then a few months ago we were told, we managed to get a mortgage (which we never thought it would be able to do so), so now we move on September 29. My partner is self-employed, so we must find not only the spending of money to go away with him also lose a week on wages (and thus having to pay the mortgage). What can I do to get out of going on holiday and get some, perhaps all, of our money. What kind of "disease" the doctor may say that we had to take with us not being able to travel. Yes, we have taken the insurance with the tour operator
