11/12/07 		Be honest. Write a letter to explain well in advance where you are going, why, etc. (honestly). Then ask if your brother can get the job that has to do to keep up with his class in advance. Make sure that you or someone else will help him to complete this and are ready on the day of his return. In addition, you can write a diary on his vacation and add interesting things about the country etc. Present this to his master upon his return. They mind not to help him if he has fallen behind since. Please do not lie, it's really your brother sends the wrong message.

11/12/07 		It tries to tell the teacher that the boy has a sister lying egoist who wants to take him to school illegally to go on vacation and to stop his education even more. That should at least have some recipes of points to be honest, but not yet able to go.

10/12/07 		You should not even be posting this question, as you are encouraging people to violate the law. It is illegal to take children out of school for a holiday, except in extreme circumstances - and there are many. If you offer the funeral abroad "as an excuse to show you a director, when s / he asks you to - because they are perfectly entitled to? We know the prices go up in time for school holidays - which have always. And it is immoral. But we all have to pay them - especially the teachers! And if you are on the application form you think that teachers are stupid? Within 24 hours your child to return to school (if not before you go) you know you lied. Believe me, teachers have their own ways.

10/12/07 		Your brother is not the director of media. E 'ILLEGAL to take a person of school age to school. Your parents face a prison sentance and a heavy fine if they are caught in your brother out of school.

10/12/07 		The rules are there for a reason - he will miss a considerable amount of education, if you take him to school for a fortnight! Why not try it more convenient to go somewhere during the school holidays!

10/12/07 		There is no permit allowed 10 days for each school can not actually year.he decline your request.nor may seem to condone either.he is probably do or say something to make you squirm.spending time with his family is worth far more performance chart formation that is what prim EDUC is all about these days.Of obviously his training is important, but Christ is NINE for service and sacrifice come soon enough life.i would be ballsy and say the truth stand up to him! enjoy your hols and I hope he eats so much ice cream he gets sick!

10/12/07 		I did this all the time lol. 1996 - spent a month in 4 years to go to Australia in 2001 - spent a month in 6 years to go to Australia / Hong Kong 2003/2005/2006 then I finished a week before my comrades to go abroad in New York. Last year the director was pretty hard to go away on me during the last week of the term (nothing is done then) and his mother wrote him a letter saying that was the first Christmas with my parents divided, and that it was important to get a xmas have time with my father who has to be a holiday. This year 's, I'm going regardless of the opinion of the college. my tutor said yes its fine, a big party. One could say that your brother was sick, and tell him of lying

10/12/07 		Do not think that your brother will tell all his friends go on vacation? most do not believe that its director to know? if you do this you expect a court date rather soon after the holidays if you embark on your crazy plan. Best to write their heads and ask for permission to take the boy on vacation with you.They education authorities are very strict about how to apply the law on non-students who attend the school have.

10/12/07 		What kind of message you want to give your brother? Whether it is good to lie and that the school is not important? If so, then be creative and good luck with the consequences that it will face later in life. Be responsible and honest. Develop a plan in advance with the teacher for your brother to be able to work through its lessons outside the classroom. You are taking your brother to school - if you do not want to harm him on this step and therefore is responsible for the impact you are having on his training. At his age, if managed properly, it must be able to enjoy the holidays without her training suffering - but not if you take the approach excuse.

10/12/07 		For elainejhuggins - very poor advice. It's just a chance to get the right to education, and you have the rest of your life to spend slobbing on the beach. Anyone who is equivalent to education and to take a vacation should check their priorities.

10/12/07 		I believe that we must be honest with the school and only tell them. Simply explain that this is a chance you would not want to lose him - a trip abroad will always be a good learning opportunity for a child. If you make a lie and the school to ask him about it and as things stand, it would be put into a position where he is forced to lie - and it is not right on every child. In addition, he is learning from you, so he learns that it is good to lie. Then, if he lies about something, could not fault him. 10/12/07 		2 weeks is a time for take-off of the school, if it is not necessary. My feeling is that it would be highly irresponsible to do this and could damage the boyfriend of the future. Why not wait for the school holidays?

10/12/07 		You should not have a problem to him 5 years. Year 6 is more difficult because of SATS and secondry school is a murderess. We take our children on holiday during the period of time coz it is much more convenient, and the end of 100 pounds to threaten people with the schools is much less compared to more than pay inflated prices for holidays, then when the schools are on vacation. If you can not think of a reason to take him to school and the head does not give permission. Just take it off anyway and suffer the consequences. Probably not the best in the world, education is very important, but are also important holiday. Have a great time.

10/12/07 		You can not adopt a child to school for a holiday. E 'is simply not allowed. The director is not "mean" as you said - s / he is your brother interests at heart, that I do not think you do. How do you catch up to all the work he has lost? Year 5 is an important year as it lays the foundations for the last year of primary school. If it goes ahead with this ill-conceived deception, so do not expect the school to be a place for your brother, on his return. The schools have no obligation to keep seats for children who do not attend regularly. I imagine that will take up his post to someone else.
