I'm doing BRITTLES (strawberry and macadamia / cranberry and wattleseed and bark cherry and pistachio) are wrapped in cellophane and tie with ribbon GOURMET ROCKY ROAD: all the usual ingredients + add pistachios and craisins (sweetened dried cranberries) and do it with choc.instead. a selection of golf balls, fruit / mince truffles (coated in shock), marshmallowtruffles (coated in hundreds and thousands) of rum and raisins, glace cherry, pistachio truffles shocks, mint, coffee, toffee and orange trufflus (paper few cases) all variatios basic chocolate truffles; FAIRY BREAD (bread with butter, condensed milk and sprinkle with hundreds and thousands, slice on the corner (not healthy, I know / but soooo yum!) Here are my chrissy treat / gift ideas, I think that you can enjoy anytime.Hope you have an idea or two.

They do every summer to give them as gifts, and everyone loves them! Good luck with your oven sale! And Happy Holidays MINTED NUTS 1 cup sugar 1 / 2 cup water 2 tablespoons Karo syrup 1 / 8 teaspoon salt 1 / 2 teaspoon peppermint extract 6 large marshmallows 3 cups walnut half Combine sugar, water, Karo syrup and salt in a heavy saucepan. Cook over high heat until mixture reaches 230 degrees on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and marshmallows until melted. Stir until mid walnut coated. Pour into wax paper and separate into pieces when cool enough to handle. Yield: 3 cups

1-2-3-4 cake ingredients: 1 cup butter 2 sugg 3 cuppa cuppa cake flour (sifted) 4 eggs 2 teaspoon baking powder 1 cuppa milk 1 teaspoon vanilla Direction: Cream butter, add sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, and after each beating. Add the dry ingredients and milk alternately. Bake in three 9 "cake pans @ 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

I am sure to get some crap for that response ... haha that's a nice discovery: You can buy almost all of the cake mix (devil's food, spices, etc.) and make cookies from it. Simply add 1 / 2 cup oil and 2 eggs. Bake on greased sheet at 350F and wowza are the best cookies you've ever eaten. Add nuts, dried fruit, grated joy, chocolate bits, what you want to embellish it. This is what I do whenever I have the obligation to bring a cake to someone's house, because they are too tied with the most elaborate. Hope that helps! (people do not even notice the difference-try it!)

These are easy and people think that you went to a lot of trouble. Ritz crackers peanut butter white almond bark (bark baker) to put peanut butter between two crackers to make a sandwich, melt the bark baker in the microwave or on stove top wet peanut butter cracker sandwich in the bark until baker then lay wax-coated paper to cool and harden. ARE YUMMY!
