I have often asked this general consensus is that Inland Revenue will not be disturbed by any check up. HMRC and certainly not the case if you do not put in a request for reimbursement. My friends in the United Kingdom, are now planning to work as much as possible. It 'hard enough to exist without the expenditure of 50% of the time unemployed. South African friends who I have worked in the UK for years after their visa has expired, they leave probably will not be allowed back in so that they are earning so much money as possible before that happens. I only heard voices of catching and deporting illegal immigration workers, but I do not think it will happen .. The British Home Office has a surprising lack of information on

As the authority to determine the number of days you have worked, if you're on a working holiday visa? Besides the P45, or tax information, which could also look at the letter from your employer stating your start date and end of work?
