Hello, I am experiencing the same thing for the moment, but I say do not worry, the cat is probably just missing your mother, when they are ready to eat will do, just make sure that they have access to food and drinks at all times. If you play and you see a dramatic weight loss then I would suggest consulting a veterinarian, Amanda Good luck!

My cat does not eat much when I am on vacation, think about losing their owners and are emphasized, as a man, do not eat much, when they are stressed. But if you are thinking a lot I would suggest that your veterinarian to have his check-out just in case.

usually not much, even when I left my cat came home a lot lol fat. as it was in a herd, and not always very real exercise. if you have lost a lot of weight, I would take his challenge to the vets to check her out, just to be sure that you want something happens to you while your mother is away? she is drinking lots of water? it is as if she could be a problem with the liver throid,

cats do get stressed when their owners go away. I have a cat and when I go away and get depressed when I come home I was completely unaware for about 2 days and then come to me and he wants his wellbeing. How long was your mother on the way? If only for a week or 2, then even if he is fretting should not lose loads of weight in a short period of time so maybe it is another problem because it needs to be checked by a veterinarian.

Out of our five, I always worry about the oldest one, because he does not eat when we are out and he will drop up to a kilo of weight in two weeks, even with the house-sitter will feed everyone. Some cats may do this, most will not. It may be a concern.

Cats can be really stressed when their owner is absent. It is possible that the cat is very thin, a condition, like a toothache or other so that it is worth seeking the advice of veterinarians.

OT happens with most of their pet owners, when you go away, keep trying. Perhaps instead of feeding

cats can be truly independent and most of them losing their own hunger, but that they themselves may need to change the food a different brand or something, but you should take your veterinarian probably has a stomach problem , or something good luck

Some animals become very depressed, while their owners are gone. Do not pick up and as baby-Saturday. I do not know how long your mother has been done or intend to stay gone. I'd try his wet food diet. Sometimes, as foods that are better tasting and easier for the animal to enjoy, while their owner is gone. If it does not work, I call your veterinarian and ask their opinion.

Are you sure that the other cats are leaving her to eat. Separates you and see if the situation improves. If the cat is lethargic or vomiting or has diarrhea, take your veterinarian.

One of my cats starves himself, when I go away and the veterinarian said that until you go away so long the cat should be fine.

sometimes the cats do get stressed when it is new or people around their territory. It may just be nervous that his mother is away. Try to make sure that you eat and drink normally and if you seem to have even the most subtle and would certainly take her to the veterinarian. Sometimes it's about to be easily caused by intestinal parasites or some other illness. Good luck!

Some probably have been very attatched to their owner. If you can see his ribs, then I would say yes, take her to a veterinarian. If not, then give it some 'food when his power. Heh, when we went on vacation once, our grandfathers our cats fed, and when we returned they were so fat that he could not pass on the porch railing. They lost all that extra weight if possibly.

Usually not. Make sure the other cat does not eat the food skiny cats. Leaves his wet food and treats to encourage her to eat. Mother call you if you need help.

It could be missing its owner, but it is likely that if you are thin, it did not happen overnight. You might want to take the kitty to the veterinarian just to make sure everything is ok.
