Not too cold in January, for a non-Norwegian to one year old! Plus it is dark for most of the day. Only a couple of hours of sunshine. Go in summer when the view of most of the day (and night) and the weather is better.

January, in Norway? - No way. The child is not a problem because it is too small for a particular desire to entertain, but you? What is done in this place icy cold wind?

We went to Norway last summer for 3 weeks with our 2 children - 2 and 5, then. We have found very hard to entertain like most outdoor activities and are smaller children do not enjoy long walks up the mountain or beautiful view. We have spent enormous sums of money at the aquarium and the like of which there were many. I think it depends on where to go, but wrap up warm. We went in July / August and we had to buy coats and dispossession for the children - it was like autumn here! To be honest I was not recommended unless you are really in the air. I like to go back once the children are larger and that some of the walks and enjoy the outdoors. When they are young, you are better off sitting on a sandy beach watching them eat and happilly splash in the water.

Our son becomes a January and we want to go on vacation then. We are considering Norway. There are activities that can engage with him in that moment of years?
