There is no set rule. Typically, they are given before Christmas or right at Christmas. If it is not a holiday bonus, that is a bonus based on company and individual results, they are paid by the first quarter of the following year. |

Fairly simple question. I work for a large company, but I do not know if there are always holiday bonuses. When the holidays are usually out bonuses? |
