If you work 5 days a week, 20 days means that you are getting 4 weeks of vacation a year. Your weekly income is £ 16,000 divided by 52 = € 307.69. So 3 weeks (15 days) holiday will be £ 307.69 x 3 = £ 923.07. Addendum: It 's just me there was that when I used to pay for the holidays, when the job was calculated in output until the month in which you left. Therefore, if the vacancy years manages to 31/12/08 and 01/01/08 left at the end of June will have the right to 6/12ths of 20 days. If left at the end of September, one has the right to 9/12ths of 20 days. Do not spend it all at once! |
