She came from a Visa Waiver country? They may allow up to 90 days, provided they can demonstrate that you have sufficient funds for the "typical tourist stuff." Stay beyond the deadline, and it is illegal. If you come from another country, which will give your time of departure. If you are outside the United States since then, once again, it is illegal. |

non-immigrant visa B2 must be valid when the input you need the passport unless exemptions. if it goes beyond the 25-mile border is a need I-94 attached to your passport. you can come and go as long as your B2 is valid or stay as long as it is valid |
